Steve Nevard

Stevehas worked in the Colchester area for the past eleven years and joined Purcell inSeptember 2018, having studied Architectural Technology and Building Surveyingat Anglia Ruskin University.

Hisexperience is very broad, ranging from new build modern churches to therefurbishment, alteration and extension of listed hotels. He also has manyyears’ experience working independently on a variety of commercial andresidential projects.

Steveenjoys working on new-build schemes, but is particularly interested in thesympathetic extension, refurbishment, conversion and adaptation of existingbuildings, making the most practical use of their structure, while retainingand enhancing the original character of the buildings.
