Elizabeth is a Chartered Building Surveyor experienced at carrying out condition surveys, building pathology investigations and advising clients on repairs and maintenance. She joined Purcell in 2022 after a number of years working overseas in Europe and Asia.
Elizabeth’s professional interests have always centred around the understanding and preservation of historic building fabric and helping clients maintain incredible spaces for future generations. She thoroughly enjoys pathology investigations and believes that carefully considered repairs, working with the whole building fabric and context, are vital to prolonging a building’s life cycle and preserving its heritage value
