Max Thomson
Building Surveyor, Part II, MArch, BA (hons)
Max joined Purcell in 2020 working for the Canterbury studio before moving to the Palace of Westminster team. Max is driven by a thirst to preserve and enhance historic architectural assets and to improve the lives of the people who inhabit, visit and exist around them.
Prior to joining Purcell, Max’s keen interest for heritage architecture led him through four years experience working for two chartered architectural practices in Kent, both specialising in works to listed buildings and new build dwellings using traditional materials.
Outside of the office, Max’s interests are in drawing, photography and cycling.
