Charlotte is a CIPD accredited HR Generalist who joined our HR team with a background in industries such as Finance and IT. She is passionate about people engagement, learning and development, succession planning, culture change and recruiting the right person for the role. Charlotte uses her experience to add value and continuous improvement, leading the team to deliver the People strategy and embodying our values.
Charlotte loves to travel and explore new places and new cuisines, with a renewed appreciation of the dedication that goes into architecture.
